The Subordinate Registration Office consists of four divisions namely the Civil Magistrate's Court Registration Division and the Registration of the Criminal Magistrate's Court.

Civil Magistrate's Court Registration Division

Responsible for regulating staff of the Civil Magistrates 'Registration Office and approves drafts/orders/judgments for cases of Magistrates' Courts. In addition, the Division also approved all writ distress cases and judgment debtor suit and execution of the Magistrates 'Court and approved the new Civil Magistrates' Court Case Registration. In addition, it is also involved in the management of the case before the Registrar for the case before the full speech proceedings and managing the provision of global and monthly statistics of the Johor State Civil Magistrate's Court.

Criminal Magistrates' Court Registration Division

Responsible for regulating the staff of the Criminal Magistrate's Court Registration Office and managing the task schedule for remands under Section 117 of the Criminal Event Code and other applications. The division also approved warrants, search warrants, and other applications from the authorities and signed warrants, orders, summonses, registers, and others including the arrest of arrest cases. In addition, it will also sign and approve the subpoena for the presence of witnesses to court for trial and manage the provision of global and monthly statistics of the Johor State Criminal Magistrate's Court.
